How nexTrack Paves the Way for Timely Deliveries

In light of how crucial these sectors are, punctual deliveries are of utmost importance. Any delay could significantly affect productivity, which, in turn, affects the company’s bottom line, and the people who depend on these services.

Roadnet

With Roadnet, we not only ensure that our products are delivered to customers on time but also give them a way to keep track of them.

From the time each order is placed, our customers receive notifications informing them exactly when the product will be delivered and where it will arrive.

Notifications are also issued in rare cases of delays.

Customers have the freedom to decide where to receive these updates (email, SMS, etc.) They can also opt out of specific notifications if they so desire.

Meanwhile, our support center gets access to the GPS coordinates of every truck in our fleet, allowing them to provide clients with accurate updates about their deliveries.

Advanced Cylinder Management 

Keeping track of cylinders has never been easier with our ACM system. 

Here’s how it works:

  • Each cylinder is labeled with either a unique identification number or barcode, allowing the customer and our team to keep track of these valuable assets. 
  • Cylinders are also scanned at every stage of the delivery process. This ensures that they always reach the correct department and that customers get the right supplies. 
  • Additionally, shipping and returns are scanned electronically, doing away with bulky and inconvenient paperwork.

TIMS Electronic Delivery (TED)

TED enables our drivers to cater to specialized client requests, including any sudden changes in the delivery schedule. This paperless system lets drivers update order/delivery tickets directly from the customer site. Changes are immediately reflected on the receipt while the proof of delivery is emailed directly from the driver’s mobile device.

Ultimately, TIMS Electronic Delivery offers greater flexibility in deliveries.
