This is best for those projects that need to get done fast but still precise.

Automated welding can be a simple, yet complex process. However, once you and your team are properly trained on handling the equipment, tasks that usually took time and a high level of attention are significantly reduced. Here’s how it works.
The main focus of automated welding is ensuring that you have the correct programming and software ready to go for each project. However, certified operators still need to remain close by. The operators will program the controller, setting new programs – which then move the arm and changes the parameters for the process. You can still rest assured, that safety measures are still taken, leaving automated welding just as safe (if not safer) than the typical welding processes.
