Our new ecommerce platform is a one-stop shop for businesses of all sizes to fulfill their gas requirements. Here, customers can browse a wide range of crucial gases, accessories, and protective gear.

But nexAir NOW is more than just an online store. It’s a powerful tool that enables our customers to manage their gas supplies with unparalleled insight and KnowHow. Here’s a quick guide to navigating the platform. 

Locating the Right Gas

The first thing you’ll notice in our online store is a navigation menu featuring all our products and services. Hove over the “Gas” tab to access a drop-down menu that features all our quality gases and unique blends. 

Here, you can choose between various types of: 

• Industry Gas
• Medical Gas
• Specialty Gas
• Food Grade Gas
• Dry Ice Products

When you’ve located the gas you need, go through the listings page to determine the appropriate quantity, select from a long list of cylinder sizes and delivery mechanisms, and add the product to the express checkout cart. 

If you haven’t found what you’re looking for, you can use the “Search and Filter” tab to refine your search based on its category, gas type, purity, and more categories. Don’t forget to read the comprehensive descriptions accompanying each product to ensure you get the correct gas for your specific needs.

Our advanced search algorithms ensure you will find what you’re looking for in seconds. The “Quick Order” button on top of the page helps speed the process further, provided you know the required item’s reference code or SKU.

Opening an Account 

To unlock the additional benefits of the nexAir NOW platform, you will be prompted to create an account. Don’t worry; this is free and takes only a few minutes. 

To sign up with nexAir, you will be asked to fill in a form with the following details: 

• Your Name
• Your Company Name
• Contact Details 
• Invoice Delivery email address 
• And more. 

Make sure you enter this information carefully, as it will be crucial in the future. Existing account holders, don’t worry; your account will be automatically migrated to the new platform. 

Manage Past and Future Deliveries 

Once an account has been created, you will gain access to nexAir NOW’s novel order management features. The account page contains information about your past orders, unpaid invoice history, previous delivery receipts, and more.

Customers can also set up recurring orders and automated payments, effectively automating the entire gas procurement process. Besides these features, clients can sign up for real-time delivery alerts courtesy of our nexTrack system or access a cylinder’s certificate of authenticity to ensure they’re getting the right gas quality.
