Wiseacre is a brewing company that is enthusiastic about beer and being a part of the Memphis, Tennessee community. The Wiseacre team relies on nitrogen from nexAir to push their beer out of kegs, through faucets, and into glasses to serve to customers in their tap room. They also use nexAir carbon dioxide to carbonate their beer, which the team agrees – ‘beer without bubbles is gross’.
