nexAir’s branch on Reese Road in Memphis, Tennessee, recently underwent an extensive remodel. In addition to revamping the retail space, the Reese Road location added a state of the art Welding and Cutting Demonstration and Training Center. The demonstration center was dedicated to operations manager Hugh “Big Guy” Nott, who recently retired after 51 years of service to nexAir. A luncheon took place in Hugh’s honor on October 29th. During the luncheon, Kevin McEniry, CEO, and Bill Proctor, President, both gave tributes to Hugh and thanked him for his tenure with nexAir.
Nott played a large role in nexAir’s growth and development, including training new participants in nexAir’s management training program on retail sales and strategy. The demonstration center in Memphis is intended to share best practices with customers and illustrate equipment capabilities for salesmen and potential purchasers.
